Nick Lucas is an experienced Law Enforcement Officer with a proven history of service in government and public administration. He brings extensive expertise in emergency management, patrol operations, firearms handling, civil disturbance response, and gang prevention and investigations.

With a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from East Carolina University—focused on Government, Environmental Policy, and Law Enforcement Policy—Nick combines academic insight with real-world tactical experience.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Nick’s background in both military and protective services has shaped a disciplined, mission-driven approach to safety and security. He also served for over five years as a full-service Police K9 handler, working alongside his canine partner in patrol, narcotics detection, and suspect apprehension.
